Team Awesome
Scott Nankervis and Belle Fawcett are the merchants behind Brinstar in Downtown Midland. They are both Midland residents and graduated from Meridian High School. Brinstar is known for its delicious food, tasty drinks, and fun arcade games. Brinstar loves joining in the Downtown festivities, partnering with locals to bring in fun events, and being a comfortable place for friends, families, and work teams to level up their hang outs. Come say hello!
Belle
Belle is responsible for operating the bar, restaurant, and finance side of the business. Belle has a BS in Business (Accounting major). Before opening Brinstar, Belle worked at the Dow Chemical Company, in the nonprofit industry as a bookkeeper and business manager, and in restaurants in various roles.
Scott
Scott is responsible for beer selection, game selection, and all the mechanical and electrical work. Scott has BS in Mechanical Engineering and is currently employed at the Dow Chemical Company.
